I work on machine learning and multimodal data integration for drug discovery, currently in inflammation and immunology at the interface of high-throughput experiments and ML.

Before GraphTx I was at Exscientia / Recursion, building patient-first frameworks on primary multimodal data for target discovery. My PhD at CeMM, with Jörg Menche, was on network medicine: multiplex gene networks for rare disease gene prioritisation and for mapping genotype to phenotype.
